If anyone wishes to cancel their membership with GCI, they must submit a cancellation application within
seven (7) to ten (10) working days from the date of payment of the membership fees. The cancellation
application must be approved by the Executive Committee (EC) of GCI. Upon approval, the refund will be
issued through the same payment channel used for the original transaction.
Refundable amount will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days from the date of resolution of the complaint.
